Ever wondered what it’s like to book a Brand Session with me? Whether you’re launching something new, leveling up your business visuals, or just ready to finally step into your brand with confidence, my process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and—most importantly—fun!
Let me take you behind the scenes of the Brand Session experience, broken down into four easy steps: CONNECT, COMMIT, COLLAB, and CREATE.
CONNECT
This is where the magic begins! Once you inquire about a Brand Session, we’ll schedule a time to connect—whether it’s over the phone, via video chat, or in person. I call this our Discovery Call (or “Disco” Call), and it’s all about YOU.
We’ll talk through your brand goals, vision, and needs. I’ll ask all the right questions to understand what you’re hoping to create and help you choose the session package that fits you best. This step sets the tone for everything to come, and it’s one of my favorites—getting to know you and your brand is where the spark starts!
COMMIT
After our chat, I’ll send over a custom quote or invoice based on what we discussed. You’ll review everything, and once you’re ready, you’ll pay a 50% deposit to officially reserve your session. You’ll also sign a contract to lock in the details, and we’ll pick the perfect date and time for your big shoot!
This is when your brand session becomes real—and the countdown begins!
COLLAB
Next, we plan! Whether it’s through a phone or video call or a detailed questionnaire, we’ll collaborate to fine-tune all the fun details.
We’ll talk about your brand vibe, goals, and ideal aesthetic. You’ll share inspiration images, and we’ll discuss wardrobe, hair, makeup, props, and location ideas. I want to know what makes you feel confident and on-brand!
From there, I’ll create your custom Brand Session Guide—this is our personalized playbook for Session Day. It outlines everything we discussed so you feel clear, confident, and totally prepared.
CREATE
It’s here—Session Day! This day is all about YOU. You’ve done the prep work, and now it’s time to shine.
Just show up ready to have fun! We’ll keep the energy relaxed and uplifting. I’ll guide you through poses, help you feel at ease in front of the camera, and make sure we capture everything from those must-have shots to the magical unplanned moments that tell your brand story authentically.
Expect music, movement, laughter, and a whole lot of creative energy. You’ll walk away with images that feel just right for your brand—and a session experience that leaves you feeling empowered and excited.
