Dakota Dog, Cancer Superhero

This week was a rough one for our sweet girl, Dakota. She had three days of radiation for her cancer treatment.

Treatment. That’s an interesting word. She will never be cancer free. She will never be “better.”

With any luck she will just get to live out the short remaining time she has here on this earth in as little pain from this horrible disease as possible.

She’s my best friend. She’s a rockstar. And she’s fighting cancer like a hero. We love you so much girl. Let’s make weekly cheeseburgers and home made treats a thing. Forever.
